The Dubai Land Department (DLD) has published figures showing the impact of the AI-powered property ad governance platform announced at Gitex 2024.
The platform, developed to monitor property advertisements across leading marketing websites such as Property Finder, Dubizzle, and Bayut, has tracked over 279,000 listings since its launch. Powered by artificial intelligence, the system has automatically modified 29% of the monitored ads to ensure compliance and accuracy.
“These results reaffirm our ongoing commitment to advancing real estate market oversight through cutting-edge technology. The Real Estate Advertising Governance Platform enables us to monitor advertisements more accurately and efficiently, enhancing investor and consumer confidence and reinforcing Dubai’s position as a global hub for real estate innovation,” Ali Abdullah Al Ali, Director of the Real Estate Control Department at the Real Estate Regulatory Agency, Dubai Land Department said.

The announcement coincides with Dubai AI Week, which will be held from April 21st to 25th.
DLD described the surveillance system as part of a strategy to improve transparency and reliability in the real estate sector.
This department previously includes MadMoun “Electronic Services within the Trakheesi System.”
DLD requires that all real estate companies display these QR codes both visually and written ads, allowing customers to check and verify the reliability of the list approved by real estate regulations.
The initiative is part of the city’s broader strategy to establish itself as a leader in digital innovation and strengthen its economic position in harmony with the Emirate’s long-term goals.
